15 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT | booty, abs, legs, arms

PLEASE SHARE IN COMMENTS BELOW: are you guys working out at home or not?
Sometimes I find it difficult, because so many things distracting me: my 2 years old daughter, hubby, dog and phone hahah, but I try my best.

This just 15 mins at home full body workout will help you to grow your booty, build abs, tone your arms and legs! Very easy to do, but still quite intensive! No jumps (I hate jumps), no equipment and perfect for everyone!
If you feel you need some rest press pause, it is OKAY to feel tired during workout!
