Actual IFR approaches into KFOK with ATC and two cameras

Took the opportunity with warm weather and low ceiling to do two IFR approaches into KFOK to 500 feet ceiling. On the way back did the ILS 24 at KISP in horrible sun glare so that I needed to fly on instruments to get in. Can I count this as an approach? See what you think.
