Alone Together in a Shtetl: Tzipah and Sarah

In their tiny shtetl more than two hours away from Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, sisters Tzipah and Sarah rely on JDC assistance for everything: food, medicines, heat—and even basic human companionship.
