MATERIALS:
Canvas: 16x20 stretched primed canvas
Brushes: 1/2 inch to 1 inch flat bristle (large) , #5 to #8 round synthetic (small)
Acrylic Paint: cobalt blue, mars black, titanium white, fluorescent orange, fire red, chrome
yellow, green oxide
Other: #2 pencil, palette, cup of water for washing brushes, paper towel for drying brushes

STEPS:
1. Pencil - sketch horizon line, hills and water
2. Bristle brush - Paint the sky with cobalt blue
3. Bristle brush - Paint the water with cobalt blue
4. Bristle brush - Paint the land with black
5. Bristle brush - Paint the stars and stripes with white, red, orange and yellow
6. Round brush - Paint tree markers with black
7. Bristle brush - Paint the first layer of trees
8. Round - Paint the grass on hill with white, orange, red, yellow, green and black
9. Bristle brush - Paint the highlights on trees and hills with white, orange, red, yellow, green
and black
10. Round brush - Signature with black or white
