Do narcissistic parents love their children?

This is a very difficult question. Some adult children of narcissistic parents will say that when their parent was 'nice' to them, they did feel love. Others will say that their narcissistic parents were incapable of love.
It all depends on how high they are on the spectrum. If they have a full blown personality disorder, then the likelihood is low.
