Fingerpick with Ease: How to Retrain and Lose the Tension in your Picking Hand

This simple idea helped me to help eliminate tension in my right hand pinky and index finger, to allow me to play more relaxed and with more ease. While I still have some work to do, this idea is helping me to make progress.
