US immigration system 'beyond repair'
Daily Caller Immigration Reporter Jennie Taer discusses US cities and states feeling the pressure as the number of migrants seeking asylum surges.
Ms Taer’s comments come as the number of migrants illegally crossing the US-Mexico border has increased since the start of September.
An unprecedented surge of around 4,000 migrants crossing the US border into Eagle Pass, Texas on Wednesday, caused the city to declare an emergency.
The US immigration system “is at capacity and it's beyond repair at this point”, Ms Tare said.
