SpaceX Starship SN15 Re-Flight Cancelled?

SpaceX Starship SN15 is getting ready to be rolled back to the build site. After landing successfully, SpaceX was going to refly Starship SN15. But, with Starship SN16 fully stacked and the push for orbital flight test, SN15 will not fly again.
Super Heavy BN3 and Starship SN20 are currently being stacked for the first orbital flight test.
