This video ended up taking awhile to figure out because I haven't taken the time to figure out my cash flow! I've just been buying great deals, flipping some houses, wholesaling some houses, and keeping some houses as rentals. To reveal my actual number of units, here is the breakdown. I have 18 long term rental units, 8 short term rental units (AirBnB), 2 that are currently under construction, and my personal residence. If you add all of those together, it is 29 real estate units!

That property covers a good chunk of my long term rental portfolio, so let's take a look at my short term rental/AirBnb portfolio. With my AirBnb units, I am actually cash flowing more than with my long term rentals, despite owning more long term units.
