My wife and I were looking for a second home somewhere in nature. We decided on a Big Bear property! Originally, I was going to rent out the property that pays for itself, but it ended up making a profit! I used the BRRR Method on the property and had cash flow on my Airbnb account!

I now own eight properties that have increased in equity and appreciation already! This only took me four years to do and have contributed millions to my net worth.

With my first year having all the properties, my wife and I acted as the property managers for the properties. It was a great first year, and the second was even better. In the video, I go over all our expenses, profits, and struggles.

When the pandemic hit, I was ale to rent the properties to some long term renters. Once everyone was able to go out, I had the biggest year yet! This is also when Big Bear had increased many laws and started giving me issues. I decided not to buy any more rental properties and just focused on house flipping.
