Snickerdoodle Cookie Bar Recipe 👇
Cookie:
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Cinnamon Topping:
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Icing:
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
splash of milk

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Line 9x9 pan with parchment paper and save for later
3. Cream together butter and sugar until combined
4. Mix eggs and vanilla into the batter
5. Mix flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until a dough forms
6. Press the dough into the bottom of the pan
7. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top of the bars evenly
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until the bars are golden browned
9. Remove from oven and let bars cool completely
10. Cut into bar shapes and drizzle with the icing
11. Enjoy
