T-28 Trojan and O-1 Bird Dog Tyabb Airshow 2018

The Bi-Annual Tyabb Airshow was once again in full flight, and Sunday the 11th day of March 2018, saw the local Mornington Peninsula Aero Club pull out all the stops to put on another dazzling air display for the thousands of fans and visitors alike that made the trip to this ever popular airshow.
The Cessna 0-1 Bird Dog was used during the war in Vietnam as a Forward Air Control asset. (FAC), and along with the North American T-28 Trojan which also served in the same conflict, provided a taste of aviation from a bygone era.
