🌿 Basil Tea – From Garden to Cup
Fresh basil tea is a simple herbal drink made using basil leaves.
It has a mild, refreshing aroma and is known for its calming, healing and immunity-boosting properties.

☕ Basil Tea Recipe (Simple & Natural)

Ingredients:
8–10 fresh basil leaves
1½ cups water
Honey or jaggery (optional)
Lemon (optional)
Method:
Wash basil leaves thoroughly
Boil water in a pan
Lightly crush basil leaves and add to boiling water
Simmer on low flame for 5–7 minutes
Switch off flame, cover and let it steep for 2 minutes
Strain into a cup
Add honey or lemon if required
