Ferry Ride to Harbour Island Eleuthera #1

Just a short ferry ride from the Eleuthera 'Mainland" to Harbour island . Dock is easy to find, just drive past the North Eleuthera airport until the road ends. Parking is free, the ferry costs $5 and the last one back is at 7:30. Unlike Spanish Wells, Harbour Island is a 'wet' island and there are plenty of nice places to eat and tip one back. Just like Spanish Wells it is steeped in history but a little less working class and a lot more upscale. An early morning walk along the waterfront - Bay Street - was a nice way to start the exploring, then we rented a golfcart to be able to tour and explore to our heart's content. location@ googlemap of Eleuthera @ www.yolotraveller.com
