"Life on the Bay" features the people who work and play on Narragansett Bay. This segment features John Torgan, Rhode Island's State Director of the Nature Conservancy and Narragansett Bay's Baykeeper for 18 years. John has worked tirelessly to help protect and clean the bay and surrounding waters for everyone to enjoy.
