Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our cardio exercises ! We will rock 25 exercises for 2 rounds of 40-30 seconds of work with 10-15 seconds rest. You wont need any equipment for this workout so just grab your water and a sweat towel and let's get started! Let me know if you crushed it in the comments below!
I-Inchworm jacks
G-Get ups from knees to ceiling
N-narrow squat hops in a box
I-interlocking finger wood choppers
T-Toe Taps up and down mat
E-eccentric push ups
A- A skips
C-Curtsy lunges
C-criss cross knee claps
E-elevated crunch heel taps
L-lunge pulse x 2 and switch
E-elevator squat punches
R-rope jump
A-Alternating kick overs
T- T-hops
E-Elbow drop burpees
B-behind the back heel tap and squat
U-upper cuts
R-rope jump
N-nonstop climbers 7 up and 7 down
S-slide out chops
H-half lunge sprints
R-rotating burpees
E-eccentric soaring superman
D-Dynamite call outs
