Wandering with Little Red Riding Hood

Once upon a time,

There was a castle nestled deep in an enchanted forest. As the years passed the castle was forgotten to time.

Castle Waldeck is a castle ruin located in the iconic fairytale Black Forest in Germany. The very same forest that the Brothers Grimm collected the classic fairy tales in the 19th century. The castle is thought to originate from the 12th Century. However, the exact date is not known because it was lost to the forest and only recently rediscovered.

What better way to explore a lost castle in an enchanted forest, than to wander in the footsteps of Little Red Riding Hood! Beware, there still may be some big bad wolves haunting the lost ruin. ;)
