Rebels in the Records: Countess Markievicz by Chelsea
This films is part of a series called ‘Rebels in the Records’. The films in the series were created by young people in July 2021 and combine puppetry, model-making and animation. They explore stories of people and groups who have stood up for what they believed in, campaigned for change or lived in a way that was different to their contemporary society. The young people considered their ‘rebels’' actions and legacies, and reflected on how they are perceived today.
