Como saben, los tequeñones o dedos de queso, son unos de los platos mas ricos de la gastronomía de Venezuela y Colombia. Con mi libro Quesos Venezolanos y Colombianos hechos en Casa ya resolvimos el problema del queso y con el tequenomatic que es la maquinita que inventé para hacer los tequeños resolvimos el problema de la enrollada. Con el tequeñomatic obtenemos sin mucho esfuerzo, tequeños de unos 7 cm de largo por 2.5 cm de ancho. Ahora bien qué pasa si queremos hacer tequeños mas grandes? Por ejemplo tequeñones? o como dicen mis paisanos colombianos dedos de queso. Bueno aqui esta la solucion.....

Como vamos paso a paso, desde la preparación de la masa, la parte del enrollado es una de las últimas, no dejen de verla para que aprendan a enrollar los tequeñones o dedos de queso de forma bien rápida y muy fácil.
