CHICKEN CUTLET RECIPE | EASY KOLKATA STYLE CHICKEN CUTLET | CHICKEN KEEMA CUTLET

Chicken cutlet is a perfect starter to start with in restaurant's and in parties.

INGREDIENTS-
Chicken keema- 250 gms
Salt- 1 tsp
Sugar- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Bhaja mosla- 1 tsp
Lime juice- 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chili powder- 1 tsp
Chopped green chili- 2
Chopped ginger- 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic- 1/2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs- 1 plate
Egg- 3

PROCESS-
1. Mince the chicken keema in a blender. To the minced chicken, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, garam masala, bhaja mosla, lime juice, salt, sugar, kashmiri red chili powder, chopped green chili and chopped coriander leaves. Mix it properly and cover and let rest for 30mins.
3. Apply oil on your palms and take handful of the minced mixture and slowly roll it to taper the ends and make it long.
4. Put it in plate containg bread crumbs powder and gently dab it and flaten to give it a rectangular shape. once giving shape is done apply bread crumbs on both the sides. Then using a knife give it a proper rectangular shape.
5. Now dip it in the beanten egg mixture then drain the excess egg. Again apply bread crumbs on. Repeat the process once more. Finally again give it a proper rectangular shape.
6. Deep fry it in medium to low flame and then serve it hot with chutney, sauce or kasundi.
