Masala Dosa Recipe + Taste Test of Masala Dosa, Chutneys' & Sambar at "Healthy Wealthy Indian Vegan"

✓ In this video watch as Dosa Making Master Chef Pradyumna (Prady) kindly shows us his recipe for how he makes his restaurant's version of the masala (mashed potato) filling that goes into the dosa.

The mashed Potato Masala filling recipe ingredients used were as follows:
* Vegetable Oil (Tel)
* Chana & Urad Dal (soaked in water overnight)
* Curry Leaves (Kari Patra)
* Ajwain Seeds (Ajma)
* Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
* Mustard Seeds (Rai)
* Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
* Salt (Nimak)
* Garam Masala (in-house spice mix)
* Boiled, peeled and Mashed Potato (Bateta)
* Tumeric (Haldi)
* Freshly chopped Green Coriander Leaves (Dhana)

Pradyumna is Vaishnava Brahmin and so he does not eat garlic or onion and tells us that Powdered Asafoetida is the perfect replacement for taste of onion & garlic.

Chef Prady also kindly reveals his dosa batter recipe telling us that he uses:
* 3 cups of Rice
* 1 Cup of Urad Dal (Washed)
* 2 teaspoons of Fenugreek Seeds
All soaked in water for at least 6 to 8 hours and then it is ground for 1 & half hours till it becomes a batter like consistency.

Here the dosa is served with South Indian style Sambar, Coriander Chutney, Beetroot Chutney and a Coconut Chutney.

We love eating food that is blessed by hand and human touch and further energised and charged by positive thoughts.

This is delicious restaurant quality food; but at affordable street food prices - with no service charge added !!!
