Part 1 of 2 - Our sweet potato harvest for 2019. We are harvesting our sweet potato raised bed garden boxes as we wind down the raised bed gardening season. We have earlier videos on growing sweet potatoes and how to grow large sweet potatoes in raised garden beds. These include our secret super soil mix for sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are a great addition too any vegetable garden, and like most root vegetables, they are extremely nutritious.

Hint: We add a pinch of pumpkin pie spice to most of our sweet potatoes as something new. And in a pie, it makes them taste almost identical to a pumpkin pie.
