How to Run a Coffee Shop + Breville Barista Express Review

I OPENED A GROCERY STORE/CAFE!!!

Well this is a lot of work.... follow this journey if you have ever thought about owning a retail store of any kind. The successes/struggles seem to be similar across the board.

As for the Coffee shop aspect we are only starting with the Breville Barista Express to see if there is a market for coffee in our business before investing into something more commercial that will be more permanent. We did use the Breville Oracle touch which was very nice however that was a rental and not exactly feasible for the current amount of coffee we were selling.
