How I Price My Wholesale Inventory at My Grocery Store

Hey everyone, I have been asked this question many times in the last few years. So I finally decided to make a video on how to price your inventory.

This is my personal recommendation it is not a one size fits all approach, but it can help with some general guidelines.

Pricing in business is crucial because truthfully at the end of the day after everything is sold or not, you need to keep some sort of profit. Without the proper pricing in your business, you will find people either will not purchase or you are basically giving things away for free. Finding the middle ground where your customers are happy and you are able to generate profit is the art you need to balance with everything.

Pricing your inventory will vary depending on your region and style of store. Big Box stores will operate at far less margins than you as they operate on volume, while a small store like this will operate on convenience and quality selection.
