F-15C Eagles intercept Russian strike packages (LOMAC)

Flight of four F-15C Eagles call sign "Enfield" scrambled to intercept incoming Russian strike packages consisted of four Su-24Ms. Two Su-30 MKM ( NATO CALLSIGN "Flanker-C" ) fighters were on the top cover at 30,000 feet and another pair of Su-34s ( NATO CALLSIGN "Full Black") were providing jamming coverage with EW countermeasures for the strike mission. After taking off F-15s were navigating its flight according to the vectors called out by the AWACS. Since Su-34s had already activated their jammers, Eagles could not acquire any radar lock or ID any bogeys (As you can see at 1:54 Radar was jammed). But RWR showed contacts of Su-24s and Su-30s.

Then (#1) (Enfield 11) ordered #2 (Enfield 12) and #3 (Enfield 13) to engage Su-30s which were on the top cover at 30,000 feet and #4 (Enfield 14) to be on #1's top cover. #1 decided to engage on Su-24 strike packages and to fly as closely as possible to the ground to cover itself in enemy radars with ground clutter. Finally, by activating AN/APG-77 radar's Auto Acquisition Mode, #1 could acquire a radar lock one of the Su-24Ms which was flying some 3000 feet above it and fired an AIM-120 AMRAAM but missed. But the second AMRAAM hit the target. But it was lucky enough to survive ill-fated Su-24's R-60 heat-seeking missile shot (at 4:32) which came head-on but could be decoyed by flares.

During the whole engagement, all four Su-24Ms and Su-30MKMs were shot down but Su-34s could successfully bug out. Enfield 13 lost to a Su-30MKM and Enfield 14 was hit by an R-60 heat-seeking missile fired by one of the Su-24Ms.
