A Tight Hip Stretch Routine - At Home [9 minutes]
If you want to increase your hip flexibility, this video is for you.
This at-home stretch routine for tight hips will help reduce tension in all of the major muscle groups surrounding your hips.

Hip tightness is something we see a lot of in Physical Therapy. Tight hips can be associated with low back pain and pelvic floor dysfunction. These stretches will help relieve tension your hip adductors (inner thigh), hip flexors, hamstrings (back of thigh), quads (front of thigh), and IT Band (outside of thigh). Repeating these stretches daily will improve your mobility and alleviate pain. You may also notice you can stretch a little farther each time you return to this video! If you notice any discomfort, try reducing the range of motion or the duration of the stretch.
