Can you stir-fry in a wok on a glass top electric range?

In this video, I discuss my experience in using a glass top electric range, which is considered by many people to be unsuitable for stir-fry. However, I ended up with a glass top electric range by circumstances, not by choice. I worked with it and made adjustments accordingly, and I am now comfortable and enjoy using it for stir-fry in the wok for ten years. In this video, I provide some recommendations and tips on stir-frying in a wok on a glass top electric range. In my opinion, the glass top electric range performs as well as any other cook surfaces. The only drawback is that it cools slowly and continues to cook the food, if the wok is not removed from the burner immediately.
