Christmas Prime Rib on the Big Green Egg 2 WAYS!!! Indirect AND Rotisserie Prime Rib!!!

The Holiday's are here and that only means one thing to us, PRIME RIB! Whether you call it that, Standing Rib Roast or just plain old Rib Roast, there's one thing that we can all agree on, it's delicious! We wanted to show multiple methods of preparing the King of Beef, so we slow roasted one using the Indirect Method and we spun the other on a rotisserie in the Big Green Egg. Both are fantastic and will produce a meal that will knock your guests socks off.
