PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE YOU FAST! intermittent fasting is NOT appropriate for everybody. It's a great way to kickstart a weightloss journey and it helps alot of people control calorie consumption but it is not for everybody (i cannot stress this enough). At the beginning of my weight loss journey, I DID NOT FAST because I could not fast at the time! So i don't push intermittent fasting for this reason. Do it if it works for you, but don't feel any pressure to do it because it is popular right now :)
