2:25 What exactly is fasted cardio? what is Fasted training?
Fasted training is any type of exercise you do when there is no food in your stomach. Basically, if you haven’t eaten anything for a while, you’re in a fasted state.

3:56 What is the difference between exercising with food in your stomach versus exercising without food in your stomach?
When you train fasted, your body doesn't have access to energy that it would normally have access to. The glucose level in your bloodstream is low when you haven't eaten and you know that because you just feel slower, you feel like you have less energy, you don't feel as vibran, you don't really want to jump around.
Some people feel they cannot move after they eat and preffer to train fasted while others cannot do the workout when there's no food in their stomach.

10:51 My recommendations for those who are questioning if they should train fasted.
#1 Avoid eating huge meals within an hour of your workout.
#2 If you are doing low intensity exercises you probably can do them while fasted, but if you are doing high-intensity exercises you should not train fasted.

Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!
