Foods That Can Cause Stomach Bloating:

Today we are going to talk about bloating, not the kind of bloating you get from going on a first date and not farting for 7 hours and you come home riling in pain because there is nothing I can do about that… It’s a first date so tough it out.

Specifically, I’m talking about stomach bloat that seemingly comes out of nowhere and ruins your life for a good few hours.

The good news is that in 99% of people it can be traced back to one of these as the root cause. The truth is that everything can be traced back to the foods we eat and the things we consume.

Our bodies are highly efficient machines but the truth is there are just certain foods that you shouldn’t eat and since I love to be controversial let me tell you exactly what those are.
Basic Cruciferous Vegetable Ingredients:

1) Chop vegetables.
2) Add salt. (Preserves food from bad bacteria until enough lactic acid is produced)
3) Pound or massage to release juices.
4) Press into quart jar(s) and seal.
5) Keep in a dark place at room temperature for 2-7 days.
6) Refrigerate or store in cellar. (Most vegetables keep for a year. Sauerkraut is reportedly best after 6
months.)
