KAKO NAPRAVITI “MIROR” GLAZURU KAO U SLASTICARNICI + COKOLADNA MOUSSE TORTA SA MALINAMA

SASTOJCI - INGREDIANTS
Biskvit- sponge
3 bjelanjka- egg whites
3 zl secera- tbsp of sugar
1 vanil secer- vanilla sugar
- beat until firm and foamy
2 zl gustina- tbsp corn starch
Prstohvat soli- pinch of salt
60 gr secera u prahu- icing sugar
80 gr oraha i ljesnjaka- wallnuts and nazelnuts combined
- mix in multipractic
Bake for 10-12 min in 25/25 baking sheet
Sloj od malina- rapsberry layer
50 ml vode- water
150 gr malina- rapsberries
2 zl secera
1 vanil secer- vanilla sugar
3 zl gustina- tbsp corn starch
Mousse krema- mousse chocolate cream
300 gr cokolade/ chocolate
200 ml vrhnja za slag- whipping cream
Make ganache-
Add:
5 gr zelatine- gelatine
2 zl vode- tbsp of water
Mix gelatine into hot ganache let it cool before adding to:
250 ml vrhnja za slag- umutiti lagano i sjediniti sa ganacheom
250 ml whipping cream beat until soft peaks form and mix with ganache.
Freeze cake for a few hours or overnight.
Miror glazura- miror glaze
15 gr zelatine / gelatine
4 zl vode- tbsp of water
200 gr secera- sugar
60 gr tamnog kakaa- dark cacao
100 ml vrhnja za slag- whipping cream
80 ml vode- water
