Fishing with Live Crabs For Sheepshead - Catch and Cook

In this video, I show you how to catch your own free bait for sheepshead fishing. I took my kayak over to a small bridge surrounded by mangroves and was able to quickly catch roughly two dozen mangrove crabs. Afterwards, I used them as bait while targeting sheepshead around docks. I discussed my rig and setup I was using while fishing. I then head into the kitchen where I show you my incredibly simple recipe for pan seared fish.
