LATVIA: AIR B'N'FEAST EP.10 - Cooking rustic soup over fire!

In this episode of Air B'n'Feast, we're in Latvia, out in the countryside, cooking a rustic Latvian soup over an open fire! We travel across country, seeing the sights, sounds, and serenity of an untouched landscape. Getting away from the confines of the Airbnb this time!

Outside of Riga, Latvia is a different ballgame. City gives way very quickly to rolling meadows and steep forests of birch and pine. Quickly, we arrive in the small town of Strenci, where I meet up with the Briežu Family, head to the wetlands, row boats and cook a feast!

It really is a fascinating country - from using whats around you with broad strokes of ingenuity, to the language, and the food! It's well worth a video.
