4 Workouts to EXPLODE Your Arms
Everyone wants bigger arms — but few understand how to actually build them.
In this video, I’ll show you how to get bigger arms using principles that combine muscle science, progressive overload, and discipline.

Thick arms are one of the clearest signs of strength.
You don’t have to flex, you don’t have to take your shirt off — they speak for you.
Arms are what separate a body that looks trained… from a body that is trained.
But most people chase the wrong thing. They do endless curls, chasing the pump, chasing the mirror — not realizing real thickness comes from the muscles beneath the surface.
If you want arms that look powerful even when they’re at rest, there are 4 areas you have to master.
And most lifters ignore all 4. Let’s build, brick by brick.
1. The Brachialis
The brachialis is one of those muscles most people never think about — but it’s the secret to thicker, denser arms. It sits underneath your biceps, almost hidden, and that’s exactly why it’s so powerful. When you train it and it starts to grow, it pushes your bicep outward, making your arms look wider and more solid from every angle.
Here’s the problem: most people only do curls with their palms facing up. That mainly hits the biceps. The brachialis needs a different approach — a neutral or overhand grip. That’s where hammer curls and reverse curls come in. Those are the movements that wake this muscle up. You don’t need to replace your current arm day. Just add two or three sets of hammer curls or dumbbell reverse curls two to three times a week. Focus on control. Squeeze at the top, lower slowly. You’re not just lifting — you’re shaping.
When your brachialis develops, your biceps will finally start to “pop” from the side. That hidden muscle gives your arm depth, roundness, and that thick, powerful look most people can’t figure out how to achieve.
