Your habits aren’t the real problem.
Your identity is.
Most people try to change their life by changing their actions…
but they never change the person producing those actions.
So they bounce between new routines, diets, and “reset plans,”
and they always snap back to the same patterns.
Identity is the quiet operating system running behind everything.
It decides how you react when you’re stressed…
how you handle cravings…
how you act when nobody’s watching.
And whether you realize it or not, you’ve been acting out the same script for years —
the identity that says:
“I always fall off.”
“I can’t stay consistent.”
“I have no self-control.”
