Marina is an experienced global mindset coach, systemic change facilitator and cultural intelligence consultant. Her professional development programmes and psychometric tools help businesses, executives, managers, key staff and team leaders build their 'global mindset' and increase their effectiveness.

From a Cosmopolitan background, Marina is German-Egyptian by birth, and has lived and worked internationally for more than 20 years. She has in-depth knowledge, empathy and experience of the challenges and rewards involved with working internationally and living abroad and I am looking forward to hearing her share her rich leadership lessons.
