DIY SHABBY FARMHOUSE CRACKLED PUMPKINS & DROP CLOTH FALL GARLAND! FALL DECORATING INSPIRATION! (180)

In this video I show how you can make easy and budget friendly shabby chic farmhouse fall decor pieces. In the first DIY I upcycle 2 pumpkins I purchased from Dollar General last season. I used a new product, crackle medium to achieve a chippy, cracked effect on the pumpkins. I embellish each one showing ways these newly transformed pumpkins will now coordinate with my neutral toned fall decor. In DIY #2 I show how I made a budget friendly, easy drop cloth garland/banner. I used stencils I purchased from Dollar General for $2 to spell out the word FALL and then show you can use the edge/hem of the drop cloth to make the top. I used scrap fabric I already had on hand and show ways you can use this garland around your home. It would be so pretty draped over a mantle, baskets, open shelving to add that unique touch of Fall to your decor! I give inspiration and ideas on how to be creative with old decor and scrap fabrics. I have included links below to some of the items I used and also to some other videos you many enjoy watching! I'm always trying to up cycle pieces I already have on hand without having to spend a lot of money on purchasing new pieces for my home. I want to show how you can take things you may be thinking of getting rid of and demonstrate how you can totally transform them into cute fall decor for your home not to mention the hours of enjoyment you get from working on these easy and relaxing projects. These pumpkins and garland will make great additions to any shabby, farmhouse vignette in your home for the upcoming fall season.
