10M65 Strategy Will Beat Property Investment! Some Disagreement!
🏠 Property vs Stocks — which is truly the better investment?
After years of observing both markets, I’ve come to one conclusion:
The answer is far more personal than mathematical.
Some people thrive with property investing.
Others are naturally better suited for stocks and financial assets.
In Singapore, the debate becomes even more complicated because of:
• ABSD
• expensive housing loans
• job insecurity risks
• concentration risk
• and the emotional stress tied to leverage.
For me personally, I realized that NOT being tied down by a massive mortgage gave me freedom:
* freedom to pursue meaningful work,
* freedom to explore entrepreneurship,
* freedom to take unconventional risks,
* and freedom to live life on my own terms.
Ironically, it was precisely this freedom that eventually helped me do better financially.
This video is not about saying:
“Property is bad”
or
“Stocks are better.”
Instead, it’s a deeper discussion about:
• wealth,
• liquidity,
• flexibility,
• freedom,
• lifestyle design,
• and what truly matters in long-term financial security.
At the end of the day:
the best investment strategy is the one that allows you to sleep peacefully at night while still building a meaningful and sustainable life.
