Kids Daily Exercise: Day 3 of 3 // Arms, Shoulders and Chest
On the third day, kids will exercise their arms, shoulders, and chest muscles. These are 30 incredibly active minutes that mix resistance and cardio exercises!
It is always a good idea to encourage children to be more active, by demonstrating that it's possible to exercise and have fun at the same time!
