Amazing Wildlife Safari in Mana Pools | Kavinga Safari Camp | Zimbabwe 2021 | 4K Video

Playful lion cubs, roaring elefants, herd of cape buffalos, lion pride and leopard. Kavinga private concession on the border to Mana Pools National Park offers an amazing variety of wildlife and birds. Two dried out riverbeds and a mountain range form the boundary of that beautiful park. In the riverbed we had amazing encounters of big herd of cape buffalos, a lion pride getting ready for the hunt during the night, an elephant charging at our vehicle and we spotted a huge variety of water birds. The forest in between the rivers are home to leopards, baboons, greater kudus and the scarlet-chested sunbird. Towards the mountains is a high plateau with mighty baobab trees and beautiful dry savanna birds.

The highlight of Kavinga is the hide located directly at the waterhole and it offers a specatular view on all the animals coming to the water. Big herds of elephants are drinking and mudding as well as impalas, warthog and baboons. Every moring hundreds of crested guineafowls can be found at the waterhole as well.
