Keto Chicken Parmesan & San Marzano Tomato Sauce *RECIPE* | Healthy Version Of An Italian Classic

My Keto Chicken Parmesan recipe is a healthy & low carb version of a classic chicken parm. It has all the great flavors and texture without the typical breading! Plus I also shared my simple San Marzano Tomato Sauce recipe. Tag me on Instagram in your recreations @cassxr_

Homemade San Marzano Tomato Sauce:
-1 tbsp Olive Oil
-3 Cloves Garlic
-Fresh Basil
-Red Chili Flakes
-Italian Seasoning
-1 Can San Marzano Tomatos (Blended until smooth)
-1 cup Filtered Water
-Parmesan Rind
-Salt to taste

Breading (Measurements for 3 chicken breasts cut in half):
-1/2 cup almond meal
-1/4 cup parmesan (freshly grated)
-Salt and Pepper
-1 tsp Italian seasoning
-1 tsp Paprika
-.5 tsp Garlic Powder
-.25 tsp Onion Powder
-1 egg (separate bowl)
