"Cool Water," by the Sons of the Pioneers

Roy "Dusty" Rogers, Jr. sings the lead on one of the Sons of the Pioneers' best-loved songs, "Cool Water." Bob Nolan, the song's author, co-founded the group in 1934 along with Tim Spencer and Dusty's father, Roy Rogers.
Performing the song at the Wintergrass Music Festival in Bellevue, WA, is the group's current lineup: Ken Lattimore (tenor), John Fullerton (rhythm guitar, baritone), Dusty Rogers (middle voice), Tommy Nallie (lead guitar), Chuck Ervin (bass, harmony vocals), Paul Elliott (lead fiddle).
