Smoky Grilled Tempeh Recipe:
1 (8oz.) package tempeh
3/4 cup vegetable broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp liquid smoke
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp pure maple syrup
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Sautéed Collards Recipe:
1 lb. collard greens, pulled off stem
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup leftover marinade from Smoky Grilled Tempeh above

Citrus Date Sesame Sauce Recipe:
1 1/4 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup soft pitted dates, chopped
1/2 cup tahini
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sweet miso
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
salt and freshly ground pepper
