Reid told us Joe Biden himself left the show's star, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, a memorable voicemail. Veep's second season premieres this Sunday night on HBO, and Reid promised the comedy will riff on even more true-to-life political situations in the episodes ahead — including a gaffe from none other than Hillary Clinton.
