How Turks Shape Turkish Pide Easily (2 Styles + Minced Meat Recipe)

For the Dough:
2 cups lukewarm water
2 tsp sugar
30gr. fresh or 1 pack active dry yeasy
2 tsp salt
about 5 or more cups all purpouse flour
3 tbsp olive oil

for the filling:
300gr minced meat
1 medium onion
3 mild green peppers
1 sweet capia pepper
salt, black pepper and chili flakes to taste

shredded kashar

1 egg yolk
2 tbsp yogurt for egg wash
