Ingredients For "Narlı Muhallebi" Pudding with pomegranate sauce
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 heaped tbsp wheat or corn starch
1 liter of whole milk
2 tbsp butter
2-3 pieces mastic gum (optional)
For the pomegranate sauce:
1-2 juice of pomegranates (add more water to complete it into 2 cups)
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp wheat starch
1 tbsp butter
to decorate pomegranate pieces

Mantarlı Tavuklu Siyez Bulguru" One-pot bulgur with chicken and mushrooms
To cook the chicken:
2 chicken thighs
1 liter water
salt, black pepper to taste
2 bay leaves
For the Bulgur:
1 medium-size onion
2 tbsp butter
3-4 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
2 mild green peppers
half sweet red pepper
2 cups "siyez" einkorn or different bulgur or rice
250gr. fresh or frozen cincile or mushroom of your choice
3-4 cloves of garlic (I used Kastamonu Taşköprü garlic)
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
salt, black pepper to taste
3+2/3 cup chicken broth or water
chicken pieces form the thighs

Purslane Carrot Salad With Pomegranates
3 handful of fresh purslane
1 big carrot
1 cucumber
1/4 pomegranate pieces
olive oil, lemon juice to taste
salt
