Fender Mustang Amp Turned into Leslie Amp

If you want that classic Hammond B3 organ sound with the Leslie speaker, but don't have the money, space, etc. for the real thing, this is for you.

I recently discovered that if I connect my Casio SA-76 mini-keyboard to my Fender Mustang I guitar amplifier, I can get a pretty realistic Hammond B3/Leslie sound with a tiny bit of tweaking.

Take an audio cable with 1/8" plug on one side and 1/4" on the other side. Plug the 1/8" to the headphone jack on the keyboard and the 1/4' to the input of the amp.

On the keyboard, I select the "Church Organ" tone. On the amp, select one of the "clean" presets so the organ sound doesn't get distorted. Set the MOD and DLY/REV knobs to about the C postion and adjust to suit your tastes.

The MOD knob will control the speed of the Leslie effect. Have fun!
