You may already know how important our beliefs are. You have probably heard quotes like “ whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve” by Napoleon hill or “the mind is everything, what you think you become” Buddha. I believe these to be very true. And all we need to do is change our thoughts and beliefs. Easy right? Well as you may have discovered, this is Not an easy thing to do. That is because Our true Beliefs lie deep in our subconscious mind. So to change our beliefs, we have to change deep seeded thoughts in our subconscious.
The truth is We have a Terrifying power to make things happen in our lives good or bad. And that is all thanks to our subconscious mind. The bad part is, we are bombarded every single day with fear filled media and negativity. And if we are not careful, we will begin creating the terrifying world we see on tv. But that world is not reality. So To combat all of this fearful thinking there are a couple things you can do.
The first way is to feed your mind, conscious and subconscious with positive things. The conscious way is Instead of watching the news or looking on social media, read a book, or listen to an audiobook on ways to make your life better, to learn something new or just improve yourself. Just an hour or even half hour a day of feeding your mind with positive, brain stimulating material. See how much your life changes in a year or 5 years! When you refocus your mind from the negative to the positive, you will see significant positive changes in your life and your beliefs will change for the better

Now the way to do this subconsciously is through meditation and sleep where you can access your subconscious and feed your mind with the images, thoughts, and feelings of what you want to manifest into your life. If you continue to use this technique nightly, you will begin to believe again how possible it is to manifest your dreams and desires.
When you begin to change your beliefs, your mind will open your eyes to the opportunities around you. There came a time in your life when you stopped believing, and this blinded you. When you stop believing, You can not see those opportunities anymore. Because What you direct your mind to is what you will see. There are always opportunities around you if you can only open your eyes to it. And that all begins with belief.
Listening as you fall asleep will allow your thoughts to sink deep into your subconscious, changing your limiting beliefs from what you thought was impossible to the possible as you begin to see your beautiful life manifest right in front of your eyes. Making these changes effortlessly all while you sleep.
