Disappointed with MY Professional Wedding Cake I ORDERED so I Remade It| Collab w/@Janie's Sweets

Years ago, I ordered my wedding cake from a fancy professional downtown bakery. Long story short, I was disappointed with the product (though I never actually voiced these complaints!). It's the one thing about my wedding that I wasn't super happy with and I've always lamented that I didn't just make my own cake (though to be fair I was not capable of making cakes like the cake I envisioned in my head). So today I am remaking it and walking you through the whole process!
